Add version info to ASDoc comments

I was looking through the API docs today at certain apis that I think are new, and I wondered what version they were added in. It'd be great if that info was included in the ASDoc comments. You can do that with the following ASDoc tag. The output template will put it in a standard place in the listing:

@since [any text you want, such as a date or version number]
