move the irc channel

I have been idling in #robotlegs on freenode for a while and nobody is ever there. I suggest you move to efnet. We have a rather large flash/actionscript community there. 2 channels #actionscript (avg 55 people) and #flash (avg 25 people). So we invite you to come to efnet :D
